How it works
The code holds a https://wa.me/<number>?text=… link, WhatsApp's official click-to-chat format. Enter the number in full international form: country code, then the number without the leading zero or any +, spaces or dashes (we strip those for you).
It works with personal and WhatsApp Business accounts, and nobody sees your number until they choose to message you.

Do I need WhatsApp Business?
No. wa.me links work for any WhatsApp number.
Can I change the message later?
The message is part of the code, so a new message means a new code. The visitor can always edit the text before sending.
